Walk Accessibility / Summary: Two distances are available for the walkers. The shorter 5Km walk is suitable for prams/buggies
as all of the walk is on tar but good walking shoes and rain gear are advisable.

The longer 10Km walk is on mixed terrain, not suitable for prams/buggies. Requires moderate level of fitness and good walking shoes, rain gear. Charity donations can be made on the day or Sponsor cards if desired can be obtained in advance from Myles Gallagher.

Sonas B&B is situated off the R245 road midway between Cranford and Carrigart From Milford turn left at Sweeney's Petrol Station and Shop at the Devlinreagh Gap (L53423) – Follow directions for Sonas B&B. Bring a camera, great scenery!
